Reflex Industrial required a spherical plug to build a 5.4m diameter bowl for skateboard park.

To achieve this in an economical and timely fashion we modeled and MDF structure that was then CNC profile cut.

The components were then quick to assemble and the frame filled with polyurethane foam.
